This page explains what personal data may be processed through parhat.eu, why it is processed, what third-party services support the site, and how cookies or similar technologies are used.

parhat.eu is a personal professional site operated by Parhat Remutula for publishing work, handling enquiries, booking calls, and reviewing relevant hiring or collaboration requests.

If you submit the contact form, the details you provide are processed to assess the enquiry, prioritise a response, and reply where there is a relevant fit.

Those details may include your name, work email address, company or organisation, role, timeline, project or problem summary, system context, and any other information you choose to provide.

If you use the booking link or embedded booking modal, scheduling is handled through Cal.com. Information entered into that booking flow is processed by Cal.com under its own terms and privacy practices.

The hire page includes a private CV request workflow. If you request the CV, the details you provide are processed to review whether the request is relevant and to send a private download link if approved.

CV request data may include your name, work email address, company, role or opportunity context, optional message, request status, approval or decline timestamps, download expiry, download count, and technical metadata used for abuse prevention.

Approved CV links are short-lived, are not public assets, and may be sent automatically by Gmail. If automated delivery fails, the link may be sent manually using the email address supplied in the request.

Contact submissions and CV requests use Cloudflare Turnstile, signed form tokens, origin checks, honeypot fields, content validation, and rate limits to reduce spam, abuse, and automated attacks.

For rate limiting and diagnostics, the site may process technical request data such as IP-derived hashes, user agent strings, language headers, request origin, and submission timestamps.

Turnstile is loaded on routes where a protected form is shown and may process technical request data needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from bots.

New contact or CV request activity may trigger private owner notifications through Telegram so that requests can be reviewed promptly.

Those notifications may include the details submitted in the form, such as name, email address, company, role context, and message summary.

When a CV request is approved, Gmail may be used to send the private link to the requester. Gmail is used for delivery only, not for advertising or mailing-list automation.

The public site includes Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and basic performance of public pages.

Analytics on this site are not used for advertising, resale, or cross-site profiling.

The Just cats page may load public cat photographs from Pexels through the Pexels API. The API key is kept server-side, while image files are loaded from Pexels image CDN URLs returned by that API.

Photographer and Pexels attribution is shown with the public photos. Those external image requests may involve technical data such as IP address and browser information being processed by Pexels as part of delivering the image.

The site uses a small number of first-party cookies where needed for owner sign-in, login attempt protection, and related security controls.

These cookies include owner session and login-attempt cookies. They are HTTP-only, same-site cookies and are not used for public-site advertising or cross-site tracking.

Embedded or third-party services, such as Cal.com, Cloudflare Turnstile, Vercel, Google, or Telegram, may use their own cookies or similar technologies when their services are loaded or used.

Based on the current implementation, the first-party cookies set by parhat.eu are intended to support owner authentication, security, and functions explicitly requested by the user.

If marketing tags, advertising cookies, broader tracking, or other non-essential technologies are added later, this position should be reviewed and a consent mechanism may be required.

The site may use infrastructure and service providers including Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for private data storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Cal.com for booking, Pexels for public cat-photo media, Google Gmail for approved CV email delivery, and Telegram for private owner notifications.

These providers process data only to support the operation, security, storage, notification, scheduling, or delivery functions described on this page.

Contact enquiries and CV requests are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to assess the request, reply, manage follow-up, maintain business records, and protect the site from abuse.

Data is not sold. It may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate the site, store submissions, prevent abuse, send notifications, deliver email, or support scheduling.

Some operational logs or provider records may be retained by infrastructure providers according to their own retention practices.

If an automated CV email does not arrive after approval, the fallback is manual follow-up using the email address supplied in the request.
