Deployed at scale

Designed and delivered a production computer vision system in Python and OpenCV to monitor conveyor chain health in automotive manufacturing. The system supported major cost avoidance, scaled into plant operations, and contributed to a granted US patent.

Vehicle Sequencing and Risk Prediction

Production impact

Built data-driven sequencing and risk-prediction algorithms to identify assembly-line stoppage risks before they materialised. At selected workstations the approach reduced stoppages by up to 80 percent.

Developed an OpenCV-based thermal screening application with masked face detection and tear-duct localisation during the COVID-19 period. The project was later open-sourced by General Motors.

Built a Python workflow that combines live market data with LLM-assisted pattern analysis for trade signal generation. The repository remains private, but it reflects ongoing work in automation and applied AI.
